❶ INSTILL SLEEP DISCIPLINE
Sleep helps the mind and body to unwind, resolve and recover. Gradually but consistently, you can establish sleep discipline; early to bed, early to rise is the key.
Those with poor sleep patterns suffer significantly from extreme mood swings, lashing out, uncontrollable food and social media binge.
A healthy sleep routine can also support you in combatting overthinking, always expecting worse case scenarios and being over sensitive.
“Sleep is the best meditation” Dalai Lama
❷ HYDRATE HABIT
Nature’s answer to give you more energy, uplift your mood and give you glowing skin while flushing out the toxins from your body is to drink plenty of water.
How much? Seek medical advice on this for your body makeup.
Generally, 1-3 litres of clear water is ideal.
❸ CLEAN EATING
Garbage in, garbage out.
Your body will usually EXHIBIT EVIDENCE of your eating habits.
There are some exceptions, but poor self-control and the exploitation of food industries to sell us processed junk is going to take their toll on how we feel, perform and show up for life.
❹ EXERCISE DAILY
Man hunted for millions of years. We’re built to move.
To become strong and emotionally stable, we need to tap back into daily movements and strength building to coincide with mental training.
Exercise combats health conditions and diseases, boosts energy, promotes better sleep, improves sexual performance….
❺ MENTAL DIET
Mind your mental consumption. Light-hearted yet strong men are magnetic, confident and charismatic, making them a pleasure to be around.
Over consuming junk content such as negative news, drama, victim stories, gender wars, politics, money, crime etc… will make you mentally sick, and you’ll attract more miserable and broken people.
Make step by step improvements to your well being. The aim is to be 80% on target over the next few years.
