WHY DID I CREATE THIS?

I suffer from nervous energy, and this is typical if you suffer from the Nice Guy Syndrome. I get very anxious in social situations. Under pressure, I panic and lose my footing often. I breathe from my mouth all the time, and I know it is not effective.

With powerful people, attractive women, or under pressure, I sometimes go blank, don’t know what to say, only to remember after. It’s the same in large groups or with strangers.

Also, my son had severe OCD, PTSD and ADHD. He struggled a lot until I started working to help him relax his anxious nervous system (nerve fracture). Combining both vibrations and box breathing has given us and my clients more peace of mind. And I want you to have the same benefit for free.
